Find Balance and Well-Being: Yoga Classes at Garden Hotel Primavera

We’re happy to announce a new wellness experience starting in July: yoga sessions with Annette Andersen, an experienced teacher trained at the Scandinavian Yoga and Meditation School in Sweden.

Each class lasts around 2 hours and combines physical exercises, conscious breathing, and deep relaxation. The movements are simple and accessible to everyone, helping to release tension, improve flexibility, and especially strengthen the back.

Sessions conclude with a meditative relaxation phase that calms the mind and restores energy.

Annette’s yoga is suitable for all levels, including complete beginners. It’s a wonderful opportunity to reconnect with yourself and immerse in the peaceful atmosphere of our garden and Lake Maggiore.

Classes are available by advance booking only, and subject to the teacher’s availability.We recommend booking a few days in advance to ensure your spot.
